Change Billing Contact and Address Information

If you need to update the billing address or contact details for your account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Ramp for FE

    • Go to Subscription Maintenance > Addresses.

  2. Edit the Billing Address

    • Click on Edit Billing Address.

  3. Update Your Information

    • Enter the updated billing address or contact details (email, phone number, etc.).

  4. Apply Changes to Future Renewals

    • Check the box that says:
      "Update the Billing Address used for all future renewals of my active subscriptions."

    • This ensures the new address is applied to upcoming subscription renewals.

  5. Save Your Changes

    • Click Save to finalize the update.

Additional Notes:

  • Permissions Required: Only users with account admin or billing privileges can make these changes.

  • Impact on Invoicing: Address updates may affect tax calculations and invoice formatting, so verify the details before saving.

  • Subscription-Level Updates: If you have multiple subscriptions, confirm whether the change applies to all or needs to be adjusted per subscription.
